1. Take a handful of Sea Moss wash thoroughly with cold water to remove salt or other impediments (Sea Moss grows wild in the ocean).
2. Once satisfied with the rinsing, soak in a bowl full of cold water for 2 hour or up to 24 hours.
3. Once the soaked sea moss has expanded and is translucent, It is ready to be blended
4. Add your Sea moss into a blender, Add a cup of warm /cold spring water and start blending. if the gel is too thick you may add more water blend until to your desired fineness. Thickness of your gel will be determined by the amount of water added.
5. The Gel can be stored up to 3 Weeks in the refrigerator.
