Cooking time: 30 minutes Serving Size: 2 cups

Ingredients

  1. 4 cups of chopped Strawberries

  2. 2/3 cup of Agave Syrup


  3. 1/2 cup sea moss gel


  4. 3 tablespoons lime juice

Preparation

  1. In a large mixing bowl, wash and chop all of the strawberries.

  2. Blend them until they have a coarse texture.

  3. In a medium saucepan, combine the lime juice, strawberry mixture, and agave syrup and cook for 10 
minutes over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally.

  4. Pour the Sea Moss Gel into a saucepan and cook for another 5 minutes, stirring constantly to ensure that it 
dissolves evenly. 


  5. Take the pan off the heat and set it aside to cool before 
using. 


  6. Serve your strawberry jam and enjoy it!
